A distinct, elegant charm characterizes the guestrooms and suites appointed in vibrant Italian fabrics alongside furniture that has been specially flown in from around the world. GREG NORMAN GOLFCOURSE:
In 2011, CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa acquired its $50 million Greg Norman-designed golf course and began restoring the site's breathtaking natural features. As part of the project, the Merrywing Salt Pond of Anguilla was revitalized with a series of channels to allow for the seawater to flow in and out of the tides. The 18 hole course is now surrounded by trees and ponds while it is caressed by the island's typical trade winds. This site is most famous for a series of challenges spread out over 16,000 square feet of green, including the world-renowned 440-yard 16th hole.

The owners of CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa are very much aware of its footprint on our Earth. The property was designed specifically to support its one-of-a-kind hydroponic farm. Over 18,000 square feet of garden yield a greater variety of vegetables and herbs year-round with less water and without pesticides. This ecosystem in miniature works hand-in-hand with local organic gardens to add beans and fruit trees to the kitchen's resources.
