Kittitian Hill’s 400 acres of fertile farmland is set between Mount Liamuiga and the Caribbean Sea in St. Kitts, West Indies. Elevate mind, body and spirit with spa services offered in dedicated treatment cottages or in the Guesthouse under the direction of Nickie Myers, Spa Manager. Indigenous ingredients and methods are used; the farm offers 12 essential oils ranging from lemongrass to vetiver grown right on property.


Irie: the state of feeling at peace and harmony; term commonly used by members of the Rastafari movement. Located on a former marijuana field, Irie Fields will be a Par 71, 18-hole golf course that will embrace its natural landscape and impress even the most seasoned pro. On the world’s first “edible golf course” that doubles as farmland, players will snack on fruit growing at every turn. Designed by legendary Welsh golfer-turned-golf-course-designer, Ian Woosnam, Irie Fields is the first golf course to acquire certification in the Golf Environment Organization’s LEGACY Program, which showcases the world’s most sustainable golf developments.

The Kitchen Restaurant

Located at the Great House, The Kitchen Restaurant offers distinct dining experiences such as the farm which features an outdoor communal farm table and Arthur's sea-to-table restaurant on the beach. Good food is at the heart of Belle Mont Farm. Farmers, foragers and chefs ensure that dishes are prepared from the freshest ingredients harvested from the surrounding land and Caribbean Sea. Ninety percent of the restaurants' dishes are sourced from local purveyors and the farm.

Story Telling Feast

Story Telling, a farmer’s feast has no menus. Instead guests indulge in a multi-course tasting around the day’s harvests. Dinner boasts a 12-course menu paired with beverages that the Sommelier and Mixologist suggest based on seasonal fare. The evening continues with West Indian Stories narrated by a resident elder storyteller, recounting tales from generations before, as guests gather around a fire pit and stargaze into the evening.
