Le Sereno - Facts and Information


Le Sereno is an intimate beachfront hotel with 37 suites and three 7,000 square foot, four-bedroom Villas each with a private pool and garden. Le Sereno stretches along 180 meters (600 feet) of sandy beach on the coveted Grand Cul de Sac, where virtually all of the suites and villas have a view of the turquoise lagoon. The Spa at Le Sereno is the island’s newest, full-service luxury spa featuring products and techniques by Sothys Paris and the island’s only true waterfront treatment suite. Le Sereno St. Barth is owned and operated by The Sereno Group which oversees the Le Sereno Villas and the soon to be unveiled il Sereno, Lake Como in Italy.

The incredible new Le Sereno Restaurant designed by Christian Liaigre takes place right in front of the beach. Run by world-famous restaurateur Giuliano Lotto and Chef Alex Simone, Le Sereno Restaurant offers guests an exquisite blend of Mediterranean cuisine with an Italian accent. Le Sereno provides guests a vibrant culinary experience for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

With a wide ranging menu from Steak Tartare to the Italian accent, restaurant's signature Gnocchi and Chef's famous Lobster Linguine, Le Sereno Restaurant will stimulate your taste buds like never before! From small plates to large, every dish promises to be a unique culinary experience found only in St. Barths.

  • The Wall House restaurant is situated in a quiet location at the end of the harbor in Gustavia. It serves wonderful French cuisine and has a warm ambiance, with attentive staff. At lunchtime, there is special “Plat du Jour” or “Salade du Jour” (dish or salad of the day), which can either be served at the restaurant or taken away. In the evening, the pleasure is not just for the taste buds – you may be seduced by the aroma of duck, spit-roasted and magically carved in the dining room, or perhaps you will only have eyes for the restaurant’s famous dessert trolley, wheeled to your table?

  • L’Entracte is known for its delicious pizzas. This restaurant offers also and excellente French-fusion cuisine.It’s opened from Monday to Saturday for lunches and dinners.

  • In an atmoshere relaxed, La crêperie offers you a typical Breton « crepe » salty or sweet. It has also traditional cuisine, grilled meat, fish and a snack menu, to eat at any time of the day. It is opened every day from 9 am to 10pm.

  • The Chef serves you an innovative and light cuisine with Creole accents. Service is perfect. Every Sunday, the Brunch is delicious. On Tuesdays, the « Fish Market »makes you discover the fish of the day . The restaurant is opened everydays for lunch and dinner.

  • Eden Rock Sand Bar & On the Rock (Hôtel Eden Rock – Saint Jean)
  • On the Rocks is located on top of the rock of the hotel Eden Rock in the middle of Saint Jean’s Bay. The Restaurant offers a gastronomic and creative Cuisine with the acclaimed Chef Jean Georges at the helm. The Sand Bar is situated on the beach of Saint Jean and is a perfect place for lunch. The restaurant serves a gastronomic and light cuisine alongside a beautiful and romantic view of St. Jean Bay.

  • The Chef at Bonito offers a multicultural fine cuisine with French and South American influences while adding local products. They are famed for their Ceviché. The restaurant will open at 5:30 pm to offer BONITO SUNSETS.   • L’Isola (Gustavia)
  • L ‘Isola is an amazing and authentic Italian restaurant in a cosy and romantic atmosphere. The owner also operates restaurants in the Los Angeles area. The restaurant is offering salads; soups; antipasti such as prosciutto and melon, carpaccio and fritto misto; risottos, pastas, meat and fish dishes. This popular newcomer serves up excellent pasta with a side of la dolce vita to a stylish crowd nightly. The lobster ravioli gets particularly appreciated.

  • Taiwana (Flamand)
  • This deconstructed Flamands Beach eatery is open to the public and hotel guests for lunch and dinner. Yearly special events include communal barbecues and fish fires that lure the town luminaries and visiting elite. The menu is a sampling of local seafood and imported meats with specialties like grilled shrimp, langoustines, Brazilian lobster and fresh salads with hunk of daily-caught fish. Late evenings feature more of a lounge scene with rotating DJs spinning lounge anthems on busier weekends and high-season holidays.

  • La Table de Jules (Centre commercial de l’Oasis – Lorient )
  • La table de Jule is a restaurant with a relax, simple and pleasant atmosphere. In an intimate and romantic setting, the chef will make you discover a sophisticated and creative French Bistrot cuisine. You will find a large choice à la carte and special menus. Also, Koya Sushi restaurant, located on the left side, offerts a different atmosphere with delicious sushi menus.

  • Located at the top of Lurin, the Santa Fé offers you an impressive view over the Gouverneur beach and amazing sunset. The Chef serves a French and Creole Cuisine.
