ANSE CHASTANET offers 49 individually designed rooms, 37 of which are scattered about a lush hillside, and 12 which are nestled within a tropical garden at beach level.

Your stay at ANSE CHASTANET will not be complete without having enjoyed a spa experience at Kai Belté
(Patois/Creole: house of beauty).
Kai Belté spa is located at beach level between the Trou au Diable Restaurant and the scuba centre. There are 5 air conditioned treatment rooms, an open air hair and nail salon as well as our open-air cabana Kai Mer overlooking the Anse Chastanet reef.

TreeHouse Restaurant

Enjoy Caribbean Cuisine at the Tree House Restaurant where you'll be spoiled with tropical views of the Caribbean sea and delicious tropical world cuisines. The dinner menu changes daily and is served in a romantic candlelit ambiance, surrounded by beautiful original artwork. Breakfast is served daily and dinner is served daily with the exception of Tuesdays.

Emeralds

If you want to enjoy a delicious vegetarian dinner, then go to Emeralds. Vegetarian meals that come from the organic produce grown on the resort's farm. From Tofu, to Sweet Potato and Plantain Satay, Emeralds has what you're looking for. Dinner at Emeralds is served daily with the exception of Tuesdays.

Trou au Diable Restaurant

The Trou au Diable Restaurant is located right on the Anse Chastanet beach. Lunch is served daily, with a menue offering a wide range of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers and Caribbean and Creoile specialties.

On Tuesday evenings, Trou au Diable Restaurant hosts a cocktail reception that guests can enjoy. A Caribbean culinary evening with a festive atmosphere is all you need for an unforgettable evening.

APSARA

The Trou au Diable restaurant offers a special Indian theme menu titled APSARA on all evenings except Tuesday. APSARA is an innovative fusion of modern East Indian and Caribbean cooking that is sure to awaken your senses. Enjoy delicious dishes that are truly mouth watering.

Trou Au Diable Beach Grill

On all evenings except Tuesdays, Trou Au Diable Beach Grill serves a mouth watering beach grill menu near the water's edge in a casual setting. Enjoy good food, good company and most importantly, good experiences.

The Jungle Beach Bar & Grill

The Jungle Beach Bar & Grill is open from 10 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily except Saturday with lunch served from noon to 3:00 p.m. The relaxed and laid back atmosphere on this exotic soft sand beach makes the Jungle Grill a favorite with many of the resort's guests. Keep it casual and relaxed at The Jungle Beach Bar & Grill.
