Supervised activities for children between the ages of 4 and 12 years old. Children under 4 will be accommodated when accompanied by an adult. All activities are complimentary, fun and educational and combine the rainforest environment and marine biology information with story-telling, dance classes and craft making.

Spa

The atmospherics of the Rainforest Spa blend traditional St Lucian culture, a strong Caribbean aesthetic and experience, with modern techniques and sensibilities. The Rainforest Spa
provides high touch experiences that are indicative and respectful of the local environment and the ritual and palette of the island. Most importantly, these treatments and experiences yield results.

Rainforest Spa Features:

• Earthen steam room. called a Temascal, this earth and stone dome was used by Amerindians for both health and religious purposes

• Open-air relaxation gazebo suspended over running water at the base of the Petit Piton •International product lines used at the Rainforest Spa utilise organic ingredients and are treatment oriented to achieve maximum results. Among the lines selected are Environ, a natural organic range from South Africa, and Seaflora from Canada utilizing organically harvested seaweed.
• The spa also offers a range of facial and body treatments from UK company CACI, hailed as an effective and lasting alternative to cosmetic surgery; Viceroy Hotel Group signature treatments utilizing Swiss product line, Valmont; and a range of result focused treatments and rituals from Natura Bisse out of Barcelona. Morrocan Oil poolside pampering treatments have also been introduced focusing on hair and scalp revitalization.
• In addition to the luxury international treatments offered, Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort continues to offer the all-natural rituals the spa has become known for including the resort’s
signature Sulphur Seduction which harnesses all of the benefits of the nearby Sulphur Springs and volcano, as well as the allnatural body scrubs and wraps which utilize fruits and herbs

Restaurants

Bayside Bar & Restaurant

Enjoy open-air sea side dining with a magnificent view of the
Pitons, available for lunch and dinner.

Dress Code:

Dress code for lunch and breakfast is casual however bathing suits should be covered up.
Dress code for dinner is smart casual.

Hours of Operation:

A la carte lunch is available from 12:30pm to 3:00pm.

Dinner is served from 6:30pm to 10pm. Last seating is 10:00pm.

The Great Room

For discerning diners there is the elegant Great Room, with its
old world colonial charm serving Caribbean influenced fare in
candlelit surroundings.
Beautifully presented personalized tasting menus are also
available nightly reflecting the cultural influences of Sugar
Beach’s expert culinary team and utilizing the freshest local
ingredients. Enjoy dishes such as seared scallops on a puree of
Jerusalem artichoke, Kobe beef with a rich red wine jus, or
perfectly cooked Mahi-Mahi with green fig mash and tropical
salsa. A well-devised wine list ensures the ideal accompaniment
for every course.

Dress Code:

Dress Code is elegantly casual. Shorts, jeans, caps and T-shirts are not allowed.

Open from 6:30pm with the last seating at 10pm.

The Cane Bar

A specialty rum bar featuring cutting edge style, a glowing
white bar, and comfortable over-sized furniture in a palette of
white and soft charcoal, as well as a wide selection of rum and
a “rummelier” to help guide guests through their choices. In
addition to the offerings behind the bar, The Cane Bar also
features a new Japanese/Asian-inspired menu to provide the
perfect accompaniment to your chosen libation. Enjoy sushi,
sashimi or crispy tempura shrimp. Tuna tostadas and fresh
ceviche are also a highlight.

Hours of Operation:

bar is open
from 6:00pm to 1:00am, seven nights a week. After 10pm,
guests must be 18 years and over. Lighter fare served until
12.30am.

The Terrace

Situated on the ground floor of the Great House, the restaurant
features air-conditioned or al fresco dining for breakfast only. A
continental buffet is on offer in addition to a menu of a la carte
hot selections.

Open 7:00am – 10.30am.

Late Night Bar

Features funky cutting edge style and fantastic artwork. The
charcoal walls off-set brightly coloured asymmetric chairs and
large white day beds. In addition to the air-conditioned lounge,
there is an open air terrace for cocktails under the stars and in
the shadow of the Petit Piton. Guests must be 18 years and over.

Hours of Operation:

Open seven nights a week, 6:00pm to 1:00am.

Kabé Privé

Private cabanas available for day use or private dining. In the
evening, themed menus—changed nightly to feature cuisines
from around the world—are served family style and range from
tasty Asian and Mexican specialities to French, Italian and
Creole favourites. Diners will have a dedicated server, welcome
cocktail, amuse bouche, and assorted petit fours to round off
the evening.

Guests are encouraged to look beyond the walls of the formal restaurants and to enjoy all of the fabulous locations the resort has to offer, anytime, anywhere.
