Cancellation Policies:

Bookings made for the festive period must be fully paid by September 30th, 2024, to confirm the reservation and will be subject to the following cancellation conditions:

• Between ninety (90) and sixty-one (61) days prior to arrival, cancellation charges equal to 50% of the entire stay will apply.
• Cancellation made within sixty (60) days of arrival, charges equal to 100% of the entire stay will apply.
• Late arrivals, no-shows, or early departures will be charged in full without exception.

Terms & Conditions:

• Availability is subject to change without notice.
• From December 20th, 2024, to December 23rd, 2024, and from January 3rd, 2025, to January 8th, 2025, dates are available for any length of stay. However, if they are booked and fall on their departure dates (December 24th, 2024, to January 2nd, 2025), the minimum stay requirements will apply.

Minimum Length of Stay:

• 5 nights minimum stay for all categories.
