Cancellation Policies:

• A 100% deposit of the total stay, including taxes and service charges, is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
• Cancellations made more than 120 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a refund, minus a 4% processing fee. Within 120 days of arrival, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
• Deposits are non-refundable if arrival is delayed or prevented due to flight cancellations, delays, or other travel-related issues. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Terms & Conditions:

• A minimum length of stay of 7 nights is required.
• Arrival and departure are not permitted on December 31st or January 1st.
