• Transfer cancellation: 100% penalty if canceled within 72 hours of arrival.

• Booking cancellation: 50% penalty for cancellations made 45–30 days before arrival; 100% penalty for cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival.

• Transfer cancellation: 100% penalty if canceled within 72 hours of arrival.

• Advance payment: Full payment required 30 days before arrival.
