Cancellation Policies
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and is refundable up to 60 days before arrival, minus an administrative fee.
AMEX Refunds: A 3.99% processing fee will be deducted from any refunds issued for payments made with AMEX.
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, after which the booking becomes 100% non-changeable and non-refundable.
For Christmas and New Year’s bookings, both the deposit and the balance (due 60 days before arrival) are 100% non-changeable and non-refundable.
