CANCELLATION POLICIES
For One-Bedroom Villas, One-Bedroom Family Villas, Two-Bedroom Villas, Three-Bedroom Villa, and the Teremoana Residence:

● No cancellation fee applies if the booking is canceled more than 91 days prior to the arrival date.
● A 50% fee applies if the booking is canceled between 90 and 61 days prior to the arrival date.
● A 100% fee applies if the booking is canceled 60 days (2 months) or less prior to the arrival date.
● No reservation name changes are allowed.
● Shortened stays and early departures will result in a 100% penalty for the remaining room revenue (for checked-in reservations only).

TERMS & CONDITIONS
● Availability subject to change without any further notice.
● Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Guarantee Policy:
● 20% of the total amount is required at the time of booking as a non-refundable deposit.
The remaining 80% of the total amount must be paid no later than 120 days prior to arrival, along with the detailed Guest Information Form.
● Payment must be made in Euros via wire transfer or credit card and must cover the full invoice amount.
● Final confirmation will be provided once the stay has been fully prepaid.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will incur transaction fees: 2% for Visa & Mastercard, 6% for American Express & China Union Pay.

MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY
A 4-night minimum stay is required for all categories.
