Cancellation Policies:

• For the Festive / New Year’s period, cancellations made 42 days or less prior to arrival (by 15:00hrs DXB time) will incur a 100% charge of the total booking.

• No-shows and early departures will be charged 100% of the total booking, applicable in all seasons.

Terms & Conditions:

• Availability, rates, and minimum length of stay requirements are subject to change without prior notice.

• A compulsory gala dinner supplement applies for bookings staying over New Year’s Eve.

Minimum Length of Stay (LOS):

• A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for arrivals on or before December 26, 2024 (applicable to Deluxe Rooms).

• A minimum stay of 7 nights is required for arrivals on December 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 2024, and January 1, 2025 (applicable to all units).

• A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for arrivals on or after January 2, 2025 (applicable to all units).
