Cancelation Policies
December 18th, 2025 – January 3rd, 2026:

Free cancellation up to 90 days before arrival.
100% of confirmed accommodation charges apply for cancellations made within 90 days of arrival.

Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card, which will be verified at check-in.
Credit card information provided constitutes approval of the booking and adherence to cancellation policies.
Invalid credit card submissions may result in reservation cancellation at the resort’s discretion.
Rates are quoted in USD, per villa per night, and subject to:
15% Service Charge

Late check-out charges:
12:00 pm to 6:00 pm: 50% of the Best Available Rate

No-shows or early departures will incur charges for the total confirmed stay.
Extra person (without breakfast): USD 100 per night, subject to 15% Service Charge, 5% Lodging Tax, and 16% VAT.
