Cancelation Policies:
- January 6 – March 31, 2024
- Cancellations to existing reservations made more than sixty (60) days prior to arrival for periods January 6 – March 31, 2024 will receive a full refund on the deposit amount.
- Cancellations of existing reservations made less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival for periods January 6 – March 31, 2024 will incur cancellation charges of 100% of the total cost of the booking, all pre-payments will be forfeited.
- For the period April 1 – December 18, 2024
- Cancellations to existing reservations made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival for periods April 1 – December 18, 2024 will receive a full refund on the deposit amount.
- Cancellations of existing reservations made less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival for periods April 1 – December 18, 2024 will incur cancellation charges of 100% of the total cost of the booking, all pre-payments will be forfeited.
- For the period December 19, 2024 to January 5, 2025
- Cancellations to existing reservations for the holiday season made more than ninety (90) days prior to arrival, will receive a full refund on the deposit amount.
- Cancellations to existing reservations for the holiday season made less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival will incur cancellation charges of 100% of the total cost of the booking, all pre-payments will be forfeited.
- All cancellations must be received in writing and confirmed as being received by Beach Enclave.
Terms & Conditions:
- For the period April 1 – December 18, 2024
- Fifty percent (50%) payment of the total booking net rate value, plus accommodation tax and service charge is due within three (3) days of the confirmed reservation.
- Full payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival from April 1 – December 18, 2024.
- If the reservation is made less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival full payment of the total booking net rate value, plus accommodation tax and service charge is due within three (3) days of the confirmed reservation.
- For periods December 19, 2024 to January 5, 2025:
- Fifty percent payment of the total booking net rate value, plus accommodation tax and service charge is due within three (3) days of the confirmed reservation. Full payment is due ninety (90) days prior to arrival.
- If the reservation is made ninety (90) or less prior to arrival, full payment of the total booking net rate value, plus accommodation tax and service charge is due within three (3) days of the confirmed reservation.
- There is a 5-night minimum from December 19th – December 25th, 2024
- There is a 7-night minimum from December 26th, 2024 – January 5th, 2025
- Payments are made by wire transfer only (credit card payments will incur a 5% admin fee).
- An on-property credit card authorization of $200 per day will be held for villa incidental charges. If incidental charges total more than $200 per day the amount held will increase accordingly.
- Minimum Length of Stay:
- Nov 25 ‐Dec 1 5 days minimum
- Dec 2 ‐Dec 18 3 days minimum
- Dec 19 ‐Dec 25 5 days minimum
- Dec 26 ‐Jan 5 7 days minimum
