Cancellation Policies
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and is refundable up to 60 days before arrival, minus an administrative fee.
An additional 3.99% processing fee applies to refunds for AMEX payments.
The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, at which point the booking becomes 100% non-changeable and non-refundable.

Festive Cancellation Policy:
For Christmas and New Year’s bookings, both the deposit at the time of booking and the balance due 60 days before arrival are 100% non-changeable and non-refundable.
