Cancellation Policies
For bookings during the Christmas and New Year period, the following conditions apply:

Reservations must be fully paid 60 days prior to arrival to confirm the booking.
Cancellation charges:
60 to 46 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total stay.
45 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total stay.
No exceptions: Late arrivals, no-shows, and early departures will be charged in full.

Booking Period: Must book by December 20th, 2024.
Stay Period: Valid for stays from December 24th, 2024, to January 8th, 2025.

Minimum Stay Requirement:
A 5-night minimum stay is required for all room categories between December 24th, 2024, and January 2nd, 2025.

Festive Meal Supplements:
Mandatory for all guests, including children receiving Half Board meals.
Up to two children under 12 years of age per room receive complimentary Half Board meals from the kids’ menu.
This offer is valid for new bookings only and does not apply to special rates, exceptions, or other promotions.
The offer excludes extra person supplements.

Minimum Length of Stay
A 5-night minimum stay is required for all room categories during the festive season.
