Cancellation Policies
For reservations during the Christmas and New Year period, the following conditions apply:
Full payment is required no later than 60 days prior to arrival to confirm the booking.
Cancellation charges:
60 to 46 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total stay.
45 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total stay.
No exceptions: Late arrivals, no-shows, and early departures will be charged in full.

Booking Period: Reservations must be made before December 20th, 2024.
Stay Period: Valid for stays between December 24th, 2024, and January 8th, 2025.
Minimum Stay Requirements: A 5-night minimum stay is required for all room categories during the festive period (December 24th, 2024 – January 2nd, 2025).
Festive Meal Supplements:
Mandatory for all guests, including children receiving Half Board meals.
Up to two children under 12 years of age per room will receive complimentary Half Board meals from the kids’ menu.
This offer applies to new bookings only and is not valid with other promotions, special rates, or exceptions.
Offer does not cover extra person supplements.
Minimum Length of Stay
5 Nights minimum stay is required for all room categories during the festive season.
