Cancelation Policies:

Lodge Rooms and Suites: Deposit of 1-night and tax is due at the time of reservation. You may cancel your reservation at no charge 7-days prior to your arrival. Should you cancel your reservation within 7-days of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.

Villa Suites: 50% of Total due at the time of reservation. Final payment due 30-days prior to reservation. Should you cancel your reservation within 30-days of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.

Please note that Edgewood Tahoe is not pet friendly. Edgewood Tahoe does make accommodations for service animals that perform work or tasks as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Minimum Length of Stay:

As of July 26, 2024, there are no minimum length of stay restrictions for Lodge rooms or suites. This is subject to change.

The Villa Suites have a 3-night minimum length of stay during festive.
