CANCELLATION POLICY
● Reservations must be canceled 15 days or more prior to the arrival date to avoid penalties.
● Reservations canceled less than 15 days prior to arrival will incur a full stay penalty.

● A one-night deposit is required 15 days prior to arrival to confirm the booking.
● A non-refundable payment for the full stay is required if the reservation is confirmed less than 15 days prior to arrival.
● All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card (Visa, AMEX, MC) of the person traveling.
A valid credit card and ID must be presented upon arrival.
● Credit cards belonging to third parties are not accepted.
● Any remaining balance will be charged to the same credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
