Cancelation Policies:
4. CANCELLATION POLICY – December 21, 2024 – January 6, 2025
a. Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be notified in writing to Island House LVM, and will take effect on the day received by the Villa Company. The Villa Company reservations department will confirm and acknowledge in writing, the receipt of the cancellation, and advise of any applicable charges. The following scale of charges will be payable based on the arrival date at the Villa:
b. 90 Days or more prior to arrival – no charge
Within 90 days of arrival – 100%
c. No refunds can be made for no-shows, and if guests cut short their stay after arrival. Island House LVM strongly recommends that all guests are adequately covered by their insurance policy for such charges.
d. Any change to a booking including, and without limitation, a decrease in the number of persons staying at the Property, or the duration of the stay, or exceptions to Property use restrictions, requires the prior written agreement of the Operator, and may be subject to additional fees and terms and conditions, as a variation of this agreement.
