Cancellation Policies
For reservations of up to 3 Residences:

● Confirmation of a reservation implies acceptance of all cancellation terms and conditions.
● Bookings may be released without prior notice if full payment is not received by the specified deadlines.
● No cancellation fees apply until the receipt of the first deposit, due within 7 days of booking confirmation.
● 50% charge for cancellations made between the receipt of the first deposit and 61 days prior to arrival.
● 100% charge for cancellations made 60 days or less before arrival, including no-shows and early departures.
● Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover non-refundable deposits.
● No exceptions to the cancellation policy will be made for medical or unforeseen circumstances.
● All incidental charges must be settled before departure.

Terms & Conditions
Payment conditions (up to 3 Residences):

● 50% non-refundable deposit required within 7 days of booking confirmation.
● Remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Child policy (ages 0–17):

● Ages 0–12: Free of charge. Maximum extra beds depend on residence type.
● Ages 13–17: EUR 460 + 17.6% hotel tax per night for the Kisawa Experience or EUR 390 + 17.6% hotel tax per night for Bed & Breakfast or Half Board.

Minimum Length of Stay
7 nights minimum stay required during the Festive Season (December 23, 2024 – January 12, 2025).
