Cancellation Policies:
For travel from November 1, 2024, to December 21, 2024:
• Cancellations made 60–31 days prior to arrival will incur a fee of 50% of the total room charges.
• Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will incur a fee of 100% of the total room charges.
For travel from December 22, 2024, to January 6, 2025:
• Cancellations made 90 days or less prior to arrival will incur a fee of 100% of the total room charges.
• Reservations made within 90 days of arrival require full payment within 24 hours and are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Terms & Conditions:
Early Departures or No-Shows:
• A fee equivalent to 100% of the nightly rate, plus taxes, will be charged for early departures.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the entire stay.
• Early departures or cancellations due to inclement weather will be fully chargeable.
Travel Insurance:
• One&Only Gorilla’s Nest strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance as no exceptions will be made for cancellations due to medical, personal matters, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Additional Conditions:
• Changes to the length of stay or dates of a reservation are subject to availability and may result in a rate change.
• Any adjustments to the booking may be treated as a cancellation, and the cancellation policy will apply for the shortened nights.
• If a booking deposit must be refunded, credit card surcharges or currency fluctuations are not refundable.
Minimum Length of Stay:
• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
