Cancellation Policies:

• Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will incur a 100% charge of the total booking.

Terms & Conditions:

• All bookings during the festive season are subject to a minimum stay of 7 nights.

• A 20% deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to arrival.

• For reservations made within 45 days of arrival, full payment is required upon booking.

• Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to arrival will incur a 100% charge of the total booking.

Minimum Length of Stay:

• A minimum stay of 7 nights is required for all bookings during the festive season.
