Cancellation Policies
From November 1st, 2024 to December 22nd, 2024
● Cancellations are allowed up to 4 days before arrival with no penalty.
● Cancellations made 3 days or less before arrival date will incur in a 1 night penalty.
● No Shows or Early departures will incur in a full charge penalty.
From December 23rd, 2024 to January 2nd, 2025
● Cancellations are allowed up to 15 days before arrival with no penalty.
● Cancellations made within 14 days or less before arrival date will incur a full charge
penalty.
● No Shows or Early departures will incur a full charge penalty.
From January 3rd, 2025 to January 6th, 2025
● Cancellations are allowed up to 8 days before arrival with no penalty.
● Cancellations made within 7 days or less before arrival date will incur a 2 nights charge
penalty.
● No Shows or Early departure will incur a 2 nights charge penalty.
