Cancellation Policies:
CHRISTMAS – Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
Prior to Arrival: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full pre-payment is required by September 1st, 2024, and is fully non-refundable. Any cancellations or changes made after September 1st will result in a cancellation penalty of full room and tax for all confirmed nights.
After Arrival: The nightly rate will be charged for any confirmed room nights that are canceled.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any potential loss of deposit.
Minimum Length of Stay: A minimum stay of seven (7) nights is required.
