Cancellation Policies:
– A 25% deposit of the full invoice amount (inclusive of all mandatory supplements and transfer charges) is required at the time of confirmation.
– The remaining 75% of the full invoice amount is due ninety (90) days prior to arrival.
– Cancellations without charges are allowed until ninety (90) days prior to arrival, up until 6:00 pm (local hotel time).
– In case of early departure, the charges for the remaining nights are non-refundable and cannot be transferred as future credit.
– Full payment for accommodation, taxes, and transfers becomes non-refundable and non-transferable once within the cancellation period.

– Christmas Eve Gala Dinner: A compulsory supplement applies to all guests staying over December 24th, 2024—USD 504 per adult (age 12 and above) and USD 252 per child (age 7 to 11).
– No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
– New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner: A compulsory supplement applies to all guests staying over December 31st, 2024—USD 1,040 per adult (age 12 and above) and USD 725 per child (age 7 to 11).
– No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
– Management reserves the right to amend or cancel the compulsory supplement dinner and its format.
Minimum Length of Stay:
– A minimum stay of four (4) nights is required.
