Cancellation Policies:
• To receive a full refund of the deposit, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of all deposits paid.

• Deposit Policy: To confirm a reservation, an advance deposit equal to the full stay’s room and tax will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

Minimum Length of Stay:
• Thanksgiving: No minimum stay required.
• Christmas: A 3-night minimum stay is required for arrivals between Tuesday, December 24, 2024, and Saturday, December 28, 2024.
