Cancellation Policies
Summer Season (April 7th, 2024 – December 19th, 2024)
A refundable deposit of 1 night’s room, tax, and resort fee is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due at check-out.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival or shortening the stay will result in forfeiture of the 1-night deposit.
Festive Season (December 20th, 2024 – January 3rd, 2025)
A refundable deposit of 2 nights’ room, tax, and resort fee is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival, after which the entire reservation becomes non-refundable.
Winter Season (January 4th, 2025 – April 19th, 2025)
A refundable deposit of 2 nights’ room, tax, and resort fee is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to arrival, after which the entire reservation becomes non-refundable.
