• Cancellation Policies:
  • Due to the boutique nature of the property, cancellations or date changes have a significant impact. Last-minute cancellations or changes allow limited opportunities for rebooking.
  • Therefore, a strict cancellation policy is in place: Deposits will be refunded for cancellations made at least 60 days prior to arrival. After this period, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for non-arrival or early departure. However, guests may transfer their reservation to another party.
  • In the case of natural disasters such as forest fires, Triple Creek Ranch cannot be held responsible, and refunds will not be provided. It is highly recommended that guests purchase travel insurance through their travel advisor or insurance provider.

• Terms & Conditions:
  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. For reservations made via tour operators, full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If full payment is not received by this deadline, Triple Creek Ranch reserves the right to retain the deposit and cancel the reservation.

• Minimum Length of Stay:
  • A minimum stay of three nights is required over the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
