Cancellation Policies:
- Reservations past December 20th and through January 2nd, have a cancellation policy of 90 days, reservations cancelled within the 90 days will forfeit full cost of the stay.
- Availability subject to change without any notice
Deposit Policy:
- 50% Deposit at time of booking is required, balance is collected 90 days prior the arrival date.
- For security reasons, the credit card used to secure this reservation should be physically presented at time of check-in with a valid photo ID; otherwise, the deposit will not be valid. Early departure and no shows are subject to full penalty
- Check-In Time is 3pm
Terms and Conditions:
- Rates are per room, per night. Rates do not include 20% Tax and 15% service charge. Rates quoted in U.S. Dollars.
- 50% deposit is required at the time of the booking.
- Based on availability, a resort credit of $400 per bedroom (up to $1,200 maximum per stay).
- Resort credit to be used towards Food & Beverage and Spa services only.
- Travel dates: Dec 19, 2024 – Jan 4, 2025.
Minimum Length of Stay:
- A stay of five to seven (5–7) nights is required, depending on the room type.
Festive Promotion:
- 10% off stay
- $400 USD Resort Credit per stay per bedroom
- Buffet breakfast for each morning in hotel’s signature restaurant Don Manuel’s, two breakfasts per bedroom.
- Round trip luxury airport transfers to and from San Jose del Cabo Airport (SJD)
