With over 15 years of experience in the travel and technology sectors, Ian-Michael is poised to propel UJV into a new era of digital innovation and market leadership.

Ian-Michael’s illustrious career includes significant collaborations with renowned hospitality brands such as Hilton, IHG, Accor, Virgin, and the Dorchester Collection, among others. He is passionate about driving the future of the travel and hospitality industry. His expertise encompasses a deep understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS), IT infrastructure, and AI solutions, seamlessly integrating these with advanced strategy, sales, and leadership skills.

In his new role at UJV, Ian-Michael will focus on enhancing technology and innovation, specifically in the development of intellectual property and the application of AI to elevate the travel advisor and booking experience. His leadership will see the integration of emerging technologies to improve customer and partner interactions, including customer experience enhancements, automation, and fintech solutions. These efforts aim to boost productivity and enable travel advisors to deliver high-touch, personalized services.

Ian-Michael’s vision for UJV includes a holistic and comprehensive strategy across four pillars: digital transformation, product innovation, market expansion, and purpose initiatives.
