Ultimate Jet Vacations (UJV) marked a significant milestone in luxury travel with two distinct recognitions, each honoring excellence in the industry. On Thursday, February 6, 2025, at the Sky Bar at UJV HQ, UJV hosted the third annual UJV Ultimate Awards, recognizing outstanding hotel and industry partners. Taking advantage of this celebratory moment, we also wish to announce the winners of the second edition of the UJV Top Producers Awards, highlighting the top-performing luxury travel advisors and agencies and recognizing their commitment to advancing luxury travel in the industry.
Both distinctions share a common purpose: to recognize the dedication of those who contributed to UJV’s success in 2024, whether as valued hotel partners or as exceptional travel advisors.

To honor their outstanding achievements, select Top Producers will receive an Ultimate Vacation, a once-in-a-lifetime luxury experience:
Top Producers Overall: Hao Tang, Alexis Sherry, and Shari Silverstein will each enjoy a four-night stay at One&Only Moonlight Basin, Montana, set to open in Summer 2025.
Top Producer Europe: Amanda Davis will be treated to a five-night stay in Rome and Florence, including three nights at Six Senses Rome, with daily breakfast at BIVIUM Restaurant-Café-Bar and exclusive access to the Roman Baths. In Florence, the winner will enjoy two nights at either Portrait Firenze or Hotel Lungarno, with daily breakfast and a special dining experience at Caffé dell’Oro.
Top Producer Italy: Flaminia Chapman will embark on a two-night journey aboard the La Dolce Vita Orient Express, experiencing one of its exquisite routes.
Top Producer Middle East and Maldives: Jeff O’Neill will indulge in a ten-night adventure through Dubai and the Maldives, including two nights at One&Only One Za’abeel, two nights at Atlantis, The Palm, and three nights at Atlantis The Royal, featuring select premium amenities and daily access to Aquaventure Waterpark and the Lost Chambers Aquarium. The experience continues with a three-night stay at Velaa Private Island Maldives, including half-board and return shared seaplane transportation.
Top Producers Africa: Allison Amos, Abigail Murthy, and Lisa O’Gara will each embark on a five-night journey through Rwanda, featuring one night at The Retreat by Heaven in Kigali, followed by two nights at One&Only Nyungwe House and One&Only Gorilla’s Nest. This unforgettable adventure includes a chimpanzee trek and an up-close encounter with mountain gorillas.
